And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so. |

30 Et à tout animal 所有的動物de la terre地上的, à tout oiseau 所有的鳥類du ciel, et à tout ce qui se meut搬動sur la terre, ayant en soi un souffle吹氣 de vie, je donne toute herbe verte綠 pour nourriture. Et cela fut ainsi.
31 Dieu vit tout ce qu'il avait fait et voici, cela était très bon太棒了. Ainsi, il y eut un soir, et il y eut un matin: ce fut le sixième 第六jour.日
在未犯罪的世界裏，並沒有肉食的事；葷食是犯罪世界裏的事。
後來到了新天新地的時候，除了生命樹果之外，並再沒有記載肉食的事了。處現今的光景中，神的意思是：「凡神所造的物，都是好的；若感謝著領受，就沒有一樣可棄的；都因神的道和人的祈求，成為聖潔了。」（提前四4-5）
在這充滿罪惡的世界裏，若要「戒葷」（提前四1-3），乃是否認現今世界是受詛的！
「神看著一切所造的都甚好」（創一31）。神沒有造成不好的東西。不好是從罪惡來的，並不是神的創造。
我們處在這個罪世的人，應當對神沒有怨言，因為在祂裏面並沒有不善，祂手中所造的也都是好的。神已經善待我們世人了。祂先造許多植物（第三日），備作鳥、獸、人類的食物，然後才造鳥，獸、人類（第五、六日）。
祂先把一切環境預備好了，然後才把我們放在裏面。我們真相信這個，就有同等的安慰呢！神每次都是如此先為祂的受造者預備──未生草先備地，未生動物先備植物──不過，有時我們的肉眼看不見，遂因之而恐怕。但是，有信心看見神和祂作為的人有福了！因為沒有一件事能移動祂的心！
